TS Performance Chip - Customizable for any 7.3L application
Bean's Diesel Performance offers custom tunes for the TS Performance Chip. This chip is designed for the 7.3L Power Stroke. The custom tune chip offers performance, fuel economy or towing power and will be a great chip for a truck with larger injectors, a larger turbo, or anyone just wanting to get the best performance out of their modifications. Our tunes are created by live tuning on a load bearing, Dyno Dynamics Dyno. All trucks we use for tuning are mechanically sound with gauges and live scanners so each change that is made is safe and increases power providing the best performance out of your parts. We have seen higher horsepower, torque, economy, and towing power with lower EGTs with these tunes over any other chip or programmer available for the 7.3L Power Stroke.

The BDP Custom tuned chip will give you the largest increase power and torque over other upgrades. If you have an automatic transmission, the TS Performance Chip firms up the shift points. We have the capability to set custom shift points and torque converter lock schedules. Firmer shifting that will allow your truck to slip into gear not slam into gear. If your computer is re-flashed by the dealer, no need to worry. This chip operates off all four pages of the computer. Simply plug your chip back in and your power is there. In almost all cases a 2-4 mpg fuel economy increase has been reported. This of course will depend on the user's driving habits.

As with the installation of any aftermarket part on your truck, watch EGTs and other appropriate gauges after installation. Bean's Diesel Performance is not responsible for part failure.


THE CHIP SETTINGS & OPTIONS: 
First check the box if you are buying a new chip or sending in an existing 6 position chip in to have custom tunes burnt. Custom tunes are programmed on existing 6 position chips for $275.

Then, choose your injector size, HPOP and transmision. Then check the box next to the tunes you want. A card will be included with chip position identification.

Stock - The stock settings for your truck
Economy - Tuned for best fuel economy at cruising speeds
Tow setting - Safer horsepower tune to keep EGTs low while hauling or towing.
Heavy tow - Available with stage 2 or higher injectors, designed for heavy loads
Daily Driver - Tuned for good power without sacrificing economy
Performance (Hot) -  Dyno proven hot tunes  
High Idle - Warm up during cold weather or when running AC.
Whisper - Quiet idle 
Lope Idle - Idles like it has a large cam
Power Adders -  Nitrous, water meth and other power adders can be tuned in  
Alternate fuel -  Fuel tables are modified for alternate fuel types
