Bean's Diesel Performance custom Stage 2 injectors flow the same 160 cc's but utilize a custom enlarged nozzle. These injectors are more performance oriented than the stage 1 injectors.  You can still haul with your truck but custom programming is required to keep the EGT's down when towing. The larger nozzle will allow the fuel to inject sooner and with less pulse width or timing. This will give better HP and throttle response.  Expect a good amount of smoke when the engine is lugged and the chip is in a high position. For the 94-97 Power Strokes, these injectors are capable of 400hp at the wheels (that is and increase of 190hp over a stock truck with a chip) with the right supporting mods and a custom chip. These injectors are great for the 99-03 trucks because they produce up to 120 more hp that stock split shot injectors.  These injectors get better fuel economy than the stock split shot injectors. Switching over to single shot injecors can be benificial because less oil pressure is required to run the injectors to their full potential.  So if you have a weak HPOP, these injectors have the ability to bring your pressure back up. All of Bean's Diesel Performance custom fuel injectors are flow-bench tested for proper flow and functionality before they leave our shop, including remanufactured injectors. The remanufactured injectors are built with all NEW plunger and barrel assemblies eliminating the need for repair fees unless you are choosing the ‘Rebuild service’ option.

Tuning: Bean's Diesel Performance offers custom programming for larger injectors by way of a 6 position chip. All the tunes for custom chips are created on the dyno using our injectors with stock and aftermarket turbos to make sure you are getting the safest, most accurate tune for your truck. See details on the custom chip page. If you are switching from a split shot injector to a single shot injector you will need custom tunes to make the truck idle and run properly.

Availability: All injectors are built to order and are built in the order received. They ship as soon as they are completed but lead times do vary. The injectors will ship as soon as they are complete via the method selected AFTER they are built. We recommend sending an email or calling if NEXT DAY shipping is required.

Core Charge: You can pay a core charge and we will send out the injectors first OR you can send your injectors in first and have no core charge.

- You will need to choose 'Send my new injectors first' from the drop-down menu below if you want to pay the core charge and we are sending you the new injectors first. We will process the order for your new injectors and you will send in the core injectors after you receive your new injectors. All cores (or a tracking number showing that they have been properly shipped) must be received within 21 days of purchase. You will be charged $25 a day for late cores. The cores you send in must be for the year you are ordering. Your core charges will be refunded when we receive your cores. Injectors that are not packaged properly will receive additional charges for any damaged parts. 

- If you do not want to pay the core charge, you can send your injectors to us first. Chose 'I will send my cores in first' from the drop-down menu below. We will process the order for the new injectors after the core injectors are inspected.

Injector warranty policy: All injectors sold by Bean's Diesel Performance come with a warranty that covers injector failure due to faulty parts or workmanship. New injectors have a 13 month warranty. Remanufactured have a 12 month warranty. The warranty does not cover injectors that fail due to bad fuel or trash in the oil system. This also applies to the replacement of scored plungers and barrel assemblies due to bad fuel or the labor to break injectors down to clean poppet valves from dirty oil. The buyer is to understand that these are aftermarket, high performance items, and Bean's Diesel Performance is not responsible for any damage caused to the injectors or engine due to high EGTs, overrevving, engine failure or any other abuse or neglect. If there is an injector problem, the buyer will have to purchase a new injector(s) and send in the faulty injector(s). The buyer will receive a refund on the new injector after the faulty injector is inspected and determined to be covered by the above warranty.
